Jalili, Ebrahimifar to judge Osian’s-Cinefan

TEHRAN -- Iranian filmmakers Abolfazl Jalili and Saeid Ebrahimifar are amongst the jury members of the 10th Osian’s-Cinefan Film Festival to be held in New Delhi July 10 to 20.
There will be four separate juries for the four sections of the festival.
Jalili will be judging the Indian section, and Ebrahimifar is a member of the In-Tolerance section.
The Asian-Arab and the First Features are the other two sections of the festival.
Spanish and Azeri translations of Quran unveiled
TEHRAN -- Two copies of Spanish and Azeri translations of Holy Quran were unveiled in a ceremony held at Tehran’s Charity and Endowment Organization on Wednesday.
Jafar Gonzales, the translator of Quran into Spanish and Rasul Esmaeilzadeh Duzal, the translator of Quran into Azeri were also present at the ceremony.
The organization has so far produced various translations of the Holy Quran into different languages of English, French, and Chinese, and it is also planning to add more of other languages.
“Cadence” to go on stage in Germany
TEHRAN -- Nima Dehqan’s “Cadence” will go on stage in Germany’s Ruhr Theater Festival, which will be held Germany in September.
“Cadence” is a play about the after-death adventures of three people who caused each other’s deaths.
Leili Rashidi, Farzin Sabuni, Sina Razani, and Alireza Mohammadi are the cast members.
